1General Terms and Acceptance

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the management of the SUK555 platform ("Company" or "Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the suk555 platform, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document.

2Eligibility & Registration Requirements

• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations in your country or region from using online gaming services.
• You have never been banned or restricted by suk555 for any reason.

Suk555 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may temporarily suspend an account while verification is in progress. Users found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity will have their accounts terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

3User Account & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the suk555 platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and wins.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your suk555 account username and password confidential at all times.
• Do not share access to your account with any other party, including family members.
• Reporting immediately to the suk555 support team if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
• Ensuring that the personal information in your profile is accurate, current, and valid.

Suk555 provides a two-factor authentication (2FA) feature that is strongly recommended to be enabled to protect your account from unauthorised access.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

The suk555 platform accepts deposits via multiple supported payment methods including FPX, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for crypto methods which use USDT or BTC.

Deposit terms that must be observed:

• The minimum deposit limit is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in the same user's name.
• Suk555 does not accept deposits from third parties, unidentified credit cards, or unverifiable sources.
• If a deposit is suspected to involve illegal activity or fraud, suk555 reserves the right to freeze the account and report it to the relevant authorities.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your suk555 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 for bank transfer and e-wallet methods.
• All withdrawals are processed only to an account or payment method registered in the same user's name.
• The KYC process must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be approved.
• Any claimed bonus is subject to rollover requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary according to the user's VIP membership tier.

Suk555 processes withdrawals within 1 to 3 hours for local bank methods on standard business days. Delays caused by additional verification processes or issues on the receiving bank's end are beyond suk555's control.

Suk555 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes. In such cases, the user will be notified and may be asked to provide additional documents if required.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

All bonuses and promotions offered by suk555 are subject to specific terms stated in their respective offers. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

Users agree that:

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verified technical failure.

In the event of a technical failure that affects a game outcome, suk555 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the user. Wins resulting from a technical failure will not be credited.

8Prohibited User Conduct

Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the suk555 platform:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious financial transactions.
• Exploiting any vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.

10Platform Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, suk555 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond suk555's control, such as internet outages, power failures, or third-party actions.
• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers, including game providers or payment processors.
• Losses arising from account access by unauthorised parties due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Users acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and are solely responsible for their own gameplay decisions.

11Account Termination and Suspension

Users may close their suk555 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before closure, all remaining balances must be withdrawn and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed first.

Suk555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this Agreement.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Upon request by a legitimate legal authority or enforcement body.

12Terms Amendment and Change Notice

Any material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notification or registered email at least 7 days before changes take effect, except in cases of security emergencies where changes may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the suk555 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who disagree with the changes are advised to close their accounts before the effective date.
